These General Terms & Condition (GTC) apply solely to all contracts you conclude with us via the www.coupdusoir.ch online shop (hereinafter referred to CDS).
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The presentation of the goods by CDS does not represent a legally binding offer of contract By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. CDS confirms the receipt of the order by an automatically generated e-mail and accepts with this your offer. The inability to deliver or incorrect price quotations lead to contract cancellation.
PRICES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CDS shall inform the buyer of any applicable shipping costs incurred in the order form immediately prior to submitting the order. More detailed information on the shipping costs and methods are available under "Shipping Policy".
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery period for standard delivery is two to five business days from the e-mail with the confirmation.
For delivery abroad there may be additional costs that will be charged directly to the customer.
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
The statutory warranty regulations under Swiss law apply.
NO RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The buyer has no right to revoke any contract concludes via this online shop. Nevertheless he can CDS within one week after receipt of the goods if they do not meet the expectations. CDS is then free to decide whether to take back the unused and originally packaged goods and refund the purchase price. For further details see under *Refund Policy".
PROPERTY RIGHT / RIGHT OF RETENTION
Items ordered remain the property of CDS until payment of the full amount specified in the contract.
DATA PROTECTION
The collection and processing of personal data about the buyer is explained under "Privacy Policy".
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Swiss law shall apply solely. Application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the international Sale of Goods is excluded.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the contractual relationships is exclusively St. Moritz.
